Welcome to the Soma Fab Shop! Please note the Soma Fab Shop is meant to be a 'last resort' to help you find a Soma part not available in at your local bike shops. We are not set up as a "full-service shop". We have very limited staff handling orders. We do not take phone calls and may take up to 4 days to answer your e-mail. If you require expedited shipping or a higher level of service, we humbly recommend you utilize one of several on-line retailers who stock Soma or contact your local bike shop, who may be willing to special order parts, even if they do not actually stock them on a regular basis.

With that said, we will try our best to get you your merchandise as quickly as we can. Thank you for understanding.

NEW ORDER MINIMUM: $39.99 Due to the high costs of shipping and handling we have implemented a minimum order of $39.99. We have found that with orders less than $39.99 often the shipping charges exceeded the value of the merchandise. Please note that we do not want to discourage you from buying our product, but we encourage you to check with your local bike shop for products that do not meet the minimum. Also note, you can always purchase some of our other unique and interesting product to achieve the order minimum.

Shipping:
All orders are shipped via UPS, and freight charges (including applicable tax, insurance, and $3.00 handling) will be billed using published rates (which can be found on the UPS website). We offer Standard Ground service. If you need your order more quickly, you need to e-mail us. Orders are generally shipped within 48 hours of receipt.

Shipping costs are determined by UPS. We cannot quote shipping as it based on zip code, box dimensions, weight, and shipper surcharges.

We do our best to pack boxes economically to save the customer on shipping costs. Because of this, we cannot quote shipping costs when we send your order confirmation. When you get your order confirmation, it will only include prices for the products themselves. Shipping costs will be assessed when we charge your credit card and you will receive an e-mail invoice showing those costs. International Customers:
Because of logistical issues, we now ship to US customers only. Please check with other online retailers for our products.

Sales Tax: Customers who reside in California will be charged applicable sales tax.

Terms: Visa and Master Card accepted

Returns: Returns will be accepted within 30 days from original purchase. Returns must be in their original packaging and in new condition. Installed or used parts can not be accepted for return. Please email somainfo@somafab.com for a Return Authorization Number and return instructions. Returns without a Return Authorization Number will be refused and returned to the sender. Excepting shipping errors on our part and defective product, all returned items are subject to a restocking fee of 15% of purchase price. SAN FRANCISCO, CA Customers: You can order parts and accessories through the Soma Shop, but we CANNOT sell our frames on-line to you. Please shop our partner shop American Cyclery (at the corner of Frederick and Stanyan) instead. Pedal Revolution are also stocking our frames. We are sure you will enjoy getting your frame from these high-service shops.
