Returns must be in their original packaging and in new condition. Installed or used parts can not be accepted for return. Please email somainfo@somafab.com for a Return Authorization Number and return instructions. Returns without a Return Authorization Number will be refused and returned to the sender. Excepting shipping errors on our part and defective product, all returned items are subject to a restocking fee of 15% of purchase price. Email ssaw@somafab.com NEW ORDER MINIMUM: $39.99 Due to the high costs of shipping and handling we have implemented a minimum order of $39.99. We have found that with orders less than $39.99 often the shipping charges exceeded the value of the merchandise. Please note that we do not want to discourage you from buying our product, but we encourage you to check with your local bike shop for products that do not meet the minimum. Also note, you can always purchase some of our other unique and interesting product to achieve the order minimum. Shipping: All orders are shipped via UPS, and freight charges will be billed using published rates. (For checking rates please visit carriers website.) We offer Standard Ground service. If you need your order more quickly, you need to e-mail us. Orders are generally shipped within 48 hours of receipt. Minimum shipping charge is $9.00. Insurance and a $2.50 handling charge per package will be added. International orders now accepted. Minimum shipping charge is $17.00. Shipping costs are determined by UPS. We cannot individually quote shipping as it varies from location to location, even frame size will affect shipping, because the box size varies frame size to frame size, model to model. International Customers: Because of logistical issues, we now ship to US customers only. Please check with other online retailers for our products. Sales Tax: Customers who reside in California will be charged applicable sales tax.
